in honor of national nachos day, I introduce you to s’mores apple nachos. yum!
for ingredients, all you need: two apples, white chocolate chips [melt down in double boil], caramel sauce, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans. that’s it. even better, it takes mere minutes to assemble this delectable platter of apple nachos.
cut apples into thin slices and arrange on a platter.
melt white chocolate in a double boil. put chocolate into a pastry bag ziplock bag, cut the tip, and drizzle over apples.
immediately top with mini chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chopped pecans [before the chocolate hardens]. then drizzle with caramel sauce.
now ..it’s time to enjoy.
happy national nachos day.
however you choose to celebrate, it’s sure to be delicious.
when the temperatures begin to drop, I default. and truly want to hibernate.
I dress myself without thinking in old college sweatshirts, jeans, & furry moccasins. then remember that I am no longer in college and it is not necessarilyalways appropriate for a twenty-seven year old adult.
all you need is an over-sized sweater, a pair of boyfriend jeans, booties, and a floppy hat to find adult comfort.
what is better than a tee shirt? one you can wear to a party.
I fell head over heels for this dress the second I saw it. it’s right up my alley. simple, yet feminine.
another reason I love it, you can dress it up or down. I wore it to our outdoor bridal shower. don’t send the bridal police on me, I didn’t wear white. dress it up with a pair of booties + a fun necklace. or dress it down [like I did] with a denim jacket + a pair of TOMS. regardless you’ll be comfortable.
